INTERVIEW PREPARATION

After you are past the initial stages of creating a LinkedIn profile, resume and cover letter, the next step is to keep yourself prepared for the most important step in the recruitment process - The Interview Round. Every employer has a different interview process. But generally speaking, interviews are according to the below mentioned format:

• 1st Round - HR Round ( soft skills and career motivations): In this round, the recruiter wants to know more about your past career experience, your motivation to join their organization and what skills you bring to the table. There may be a lot of situation based questions.

• 2nd Round - This could be an online aptitude test or Technical Round for some roles

• 3rd/Final Round - This could be a case study or a meeting/interview with the reporting manager or their boss. Sometimes candidates are taken out for lunch or a networking session to gauge their people skills
